These Terms and Conditions govern your use of services provided by Perfecto Detailing, a trade name of Perfecto Solutions LLC. By booking a service or submitting a quote request, you agree to be bound by these terms. Please read them carefully.
1. Services
Perfecto Detailing, a trade name of Perfecto Solutions LLC, provides premium mobile auto detailing services in Scottsdale and Paradise Valley, Arizona. Services include, but are not limited to:
- The Perfecto Detail - full interior and exterior detailing package
- Wash, Clay & Seal - decontamination wash with ceramic spray sealant
- Add-On services - individual enhancements booked alongside a primary service
All services are performed at the address you provide. You are responsible for ensuring a safe, accessible work area with water and electrical access where required.
2. Deposit Policy
A $25 deposit is required to confirm your booking. This deposit is applied toward the total cost of your service.
The deposit is non-refundable if you cancel within 24 hours of your scheduled appointment or fail to be present at the service address at the agreed time.
If Perfecto Detailing cancels your appointment for any reason, your deposit will be refunded in full.
3. Cancellation and Rescheduling
- Cancellations with more than 24 hours notice: Your deposit will be applied to a rescheduled appointment or refunded at our discretion.
- Cancellations within 24 hours of your appointment: The $25 deposit is forfeited.
- Rescheduling: You may reschedule your appointment with at least 24 hours notice at no additional cost. Rescheduling within 24 hours may result in forfeiture of the deposit.
- No-shows: Failure to be present at the service address at the agreed time without prior notice will result in forfeiture of the deposit.

4. SMS Communication Consent
Customers who check the SMS consent checkbox(es) on our booking form opt in to receive text messages from Perfecto Detailing at the number provided. Consent is not a condition of purchase. Messages may include appointment confirmations, reminders, follow-ups, and promotional offers.
Message frequency varies.
Message and data rates may apply.
Reply STOP at any time to opt out of text messages.

Perfecto Detailing is not liable for delays or failures in SMS delivery caused by mobile carriers or network providers.
5. Carrier Liability
Perfecto Detailing is not liable for any delays or failures in the delivery of SMS messages caused by mobile carriers or network providers. Carrier message delivery is not guaranteed and is outside of our control.
6. Age Restriction
By submitting a booking or quote request and providing your phone number, you confirm that you are 18 years of age or older, or have obtained parental or guardian consent to receive SMS communications.
7. Pricing
All prices are listed on our website and are subject to change without notice. The final price for your service will be confirmed at the time of booking. Additional charges may apply for vehicles in exceptionally dirty condition or requiring special treatment, and will be communicated to you before work begins.
8. Limitation of Liability
Perfecto Detailing takes great care in the handling of your vehicle. However, we are not liable for:
- Pre-existing damage, scratches, swirls, or defects present before service
- Damage resulting from defective, degraded, or improperly maintained vehicle surfaces
- Loss of personal items left in the vehicle during service
- Delays caused by weather, traffic, or other circumstances beyond our control
Our total liability for any claim arising from our services shall not exceed the amount paid for the service in question.
9. Satisfaction Guarantee
We stand behind our work. If you are not satisfied with the results of your service, contact us within 24 hours of completion and we will make it right at no additional cost.
10. SMS Opt-In Data
Phone numbers and SMS opt-in consent will not be shared with third parties for marketing purposes.
Phone numbers and SMS opt-in consent collected through our booking form are used solely to communicate with you about your services with Perfecto Detailing. This information will not be shared with third parties or affiliates for their own marketing purposes.
Consent to receive SMS messages is not a condition of purchase. Customers opt in by submitting the booking form on our website at perfectodetailingaz.com. The form contains two separate, unchecked checkboxes — neither of which is required to complete a booking. Both checkboxes display the business name "Perfecto Detailing," message frequency disclosure, data rates disclosure, and STOP/HELP opt-out instructions. A link to our Privacy Policy and Terms of Service is displayed directly below the checkboxes. No SMS messages are sent without explicit consent.
You must be 18 years of age or older to use this SMS service.

11. Website Use
By using our website, you agree not to misuse our services, submit false booking requests, or use our platform for any unlawful purpose.
12. Governing Law
These Terms and Conditions are governed by the laws of the State of Arizona. Any disputes shall be resolved in the courts of Maricopa County, Arizona.
13. Changes to These Terms
We reserve the right to update these Terms and Conditions at any time. Changes will be posted on this page with an updated date. Continued use of our services after changes constitutes acceptance of the revised terms.
